Do credits expire?

Yes, each pack has a window long enough for one house hunt. Peek, 30 days. Hunt, 60 days. Serious Hunt and Power Pack, 90 days.

Can I use my credits on WhatsApp too?

Yes. One balance works on the web and on WhatsApp, and a read costs the same on both.

What if a read fails?

If a read can't produce a result, it costs nothing, and the credit stays yours.
